New Outdoor Show for 2016 – René and Renaldo

Bash Street Theatre - René and Renaldo

Bash Street Theatre – René and Renaldo

We are currently taking bookings for 2016.

With falling buildings, dare-devil escapology, silent comedy and live piano accompaniment.

Inspired by the true story of an elderly husband and wife acrobatic duo, René and Renaldo tells the story of a retired vaudeville couple who look back and remember their life on the road together before an accident forced them into retirement.

Although now ‘past their prime’, René and Renaldo are determined to come out of retirement and prepare for one last farewell performance. The show is set in the couple’s backyard with a shed overflowing with theatrical props and equipment.

With live music, silent comedy and magical illusions, this family show will take you on a poignant ‘magical mystery tour’ to the past and back again.

This new outdoor show will be touring from May 2016.
